Eric Clapton 寫了“wonderful tonight”，收錄在他1977年推出的《Slowhand》大碟，因大熱而在隔 年推出單碟。這首歌在90年代很紅，可說是21世紀前最浪漫的濫情曲。雖然現在還有人在唱在聽在感嘆，但都是老餅在濫情，我發現它已不符合21世紀的價值觀。

先細讀歌詞一遍。

It’s late in the evening; she’s wondering what clothes to wear.
She puts on her make-up and brushes her long blonde hair.
And then she asks me, “Do I look all right?”
And I say, “Yes, you look wonderful tonight.”

We go to a party and everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady that’s walking around with me.
And then she asks me, “Do you feel all right?”
And I say, “Yes, I feel wonderful tonight.”

I feel wonderful because I see
The love light in your eyes.
And the wonder of it all
Is that you just don’t realize how much I love you.

It’s time to go home now and I’ve got an aching head,
So I give her the car keys and she helps me to bed.
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
I say, “My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight.”

最嚴重的問題出現在第一段和第二段的回答題中。
如果21世紀少女問你 “Do I look all right?”
你依然可以回答 “Yes, you look wonderful tonight.”

但若去到party了，她又問你 “Do you feel all right?”
你不可再用同樣的形容詞了，不讓會被嫌沒新意，再加上party中的新意男非常多，小心女友被搶走！

如果你是以網絡科技為業的話，最少也要回答 “Yes, I feel wonderful 2.0 tonight.”
當然，如果是我的話，我多數會用 “Yes, I feel happening tonight.”
